Clean and cheerful hotel with competent staff. New building and brand-new rooms with a view of Schloss Strasse. Location is so close to the cruise terminal, old town center, central station, and the main pedestrian street.

We liked this hotel, it was clean with the best possible and extremely helpful and professional staff. We had a comfort double room which was beautifully maintained and brand-new. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location : the property was near to cruise terminal, and center.

The hotel is a little old and could use some polishing on the staircase, for example. There are no parking spaces.

Unfortunately the room was very loud, as it was also located at the staircase. The curtains were a bit small for the window.

Well I got to the hotel at 21.30 and just wanted to relax in my room but was hungray, so room service would have been great.
